X-10der^™ Powered Flexible Extendible Conveyors

Powered Flexible Extendible Conveyors

The Adept X-10der range is complemented with the addition of our low cost powered roller flexible extendible range.

This conveyor is ideal for those customers that receive or load into shipping containers with block stacked goods.

They are designed to assist and speed up the loading and unloading of containers or Pantechnicans as the product is delivered to the operators during the process – and they alleviate the need to have fork-lift trucks within the area where operators are working.

The X-10der^™ Flexible Extendible is a mobile unit that is easily moved by one person and is extended into the container to the required depth.

They are also useful in bridging operations between manufacturing machines when a temporary bridge may be required.

Two 2) models available: -

• Mains powered unit – 240 Volt single Phase power supply required.
• Battery powered unit – Rechargeable 24 Volt DC.

Transmission. Via endless urethane drive belts driving the rollers.

Features

• Speeds - Variable from 0 – 25 M/Min.
• Mobile - Mounted on Mobile adjustable supports with swivel and brake castors.
• End Stop - Folding removable end stop frame pivots out of the way when not required.
• Connections - End brackets allow “Piggy Back” connection to additional sections.
• Controls
  - Motor control cubicle (MCC) fitted to frame.
  - Start /Stop switch on MCC panel.
  - Remote Start /Stop switch fitted to opposite end.
  - Variable speed controller on MCC.
  - Forward / Reverse function on MCC.
  - Key lockable panel.
• Power Supply
  - Mains power - 240 Volt single phase with lead and plug.
  - Alternative - Rechargeable battery mounted in an on-board cradle
  – 24 Volt DC drives.

Accessories

• Spare Battery pack available.
• Radio frequency remote controller enables on / off functions up to a distance of 50 metres.
• Zone “Zero Pressure” – Non contact accumulation of product via connection of pre-wired photo electric sensors. (Available in both forward and reverse directions.)
• Auto-Stop as first product reaches end of conveyor - Auto start when first product is removed.
