This style of product is specifically designed to allow conveyable product to be manually transferred of production or packaging lines into spur lines or junctions, as well as allowing for ease of product rotation during manufacturing or inspection processes.

The unique design of the universal roller allows for straight line movement in a normal transport operation, with the added benefit of allowing the operator to move the product in any desired direction. It is useful in situations where a load may need to be rotated at a work station in an assembly line or where the item needs to be moved from one line to another during the assembly process.

This product has found considerable favour in the stone cutting industry (marble and granite) as it is not affected by dust, grit or slurry. Designed using stainless steel pins and polymer body and rollers it is suited to wet environments where wash down is required, and is of considerable value in food manufacturing applications.

Popular in food manufacturing, stone cutting, white goods manufacture (TV’s, washing machines, Gaming machines) as well as movement of heavy loads such as parcels, boxes and many other small or large items having regular flat bases.

Options:

  • Available in 40, 48, 60 and 80 mm diameters.
  • Varying load carrying capacities.
  • A number of choices in polymer materials to suit specific applications.
  • Can be supplied as a driven version in the primary transport direction.
