Mobile Belt Boost Conveyors
This is an extremely useful and flexible conveyor style that is ideally suited to the customer that requires an adjustable elevating conveyor for use when loading or unloading delivery vehicles of varying tray heights or where a dedicated loading dock is not available.
They have also been used in applications for accessing raised storage areas and mezzanine floors.
- Useful belt over deck or belt over roller styles will handle virtually all conveyable products.
- Rough top belt used over the steel deck surface or over precision rollers at 150 mm centres.
- Fixed speed gear motor drive units – forward and reverse modes offered as options.
- Manual hydraulic power pack and pump enables quick and precise elevation changes.
- Pre-wired in factory with start / stop and emergency stop push buttons, extension lead and suitable plug. – Forward and reverse switching is optional.
- 3 phase or single phase motor can be supplied.
- Ease of mobility around factory, warehouse and receiving / dispatch docks.
