Conveyor Components
All components used in the manufacture of Adept Conveyors are sourced exclusively from our partner company Marx-Rollentechnik GmbH (based in Germany).
The Marx-Rollentechnik (MRT) range of components is expansive, enabling many 1000’s of combinations of roller assemblies to be configured specifically to suit the customer’s product handling characteristics.
Marx-Rollentechnik (MRT) has invested heavily in tool manufacture to produce many of the available products unique to MRT and Adept Conveyor technologies.
If our customer requires a single bearing, sprocket assembly, drive belt, completed roller assembly, or wants to build your own conveyor or machine, we apply over 140 years of combined experience to the problem in an effort to select the correct component. If the product you require is not stocked, we will source it for you.
Our in-house policy ensures that we will not insist that you need to replace or procure a complete roller assembly, but only the part that you require or need to replace. We do however pride ourselves on our ability to produce very cost effective completed roller assemblies.
Should your application require a specific part that is not available from our exhaustive range, we will be pleased to arrange for special tooling and production runs on your behalf.
